Certainium ("Certainium", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by Limestone Ventures Pty. Ltd., provides AI-native business simulation and executive decision intelligence tools. We recognize that our customers entrust us with sensitive financial forecasts, operational parameters, and strategic models. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of data security, privacy, and confidentiality.

2. Data Ingestion & Zero-Retention Policy

When you upload spreadsheets, CSV logs, or configure parameter distributions within Certainium:

• No Public Model Training: Your business models, simulation runs, and prompts are never used to train, retrain, or improve public foundational AI models.
• Execution Enclaves: Stochastic simulations execute in memory and are stored exclusively within encrypted customer tenant boundaries.
• Remote MCP Protocol Safety: Remote MCP tool calls exchange processed statistical distributions rather than exposing raw proprietary code or sensitive organizational databases.

3. Telemetry & Analytics

We use PostHog for privacy-respecting, cookieless telemetry to analyze aggregated website traffic, feature interactions, and system health. No persistent cookies or client-side storage identifiers are stored on your device, and we honor "Do Not Track" browser signals.

4. Single-Tenant Isolation & Enterprise Controls

For Enterprise tier subscribers, Certainium provides single-tenant VPC isolation deployed to dedicated GCP or AWS environments with client-managed encryption keys, SAML 2.0 / SCIM directory integration, and customized data retention schedules.
